Please read the section on Exhibitor Designated Contractors found in the AUA Exhibitors Rules and Regulations.
All exhibiting companies utilizing a contractor other than GES or other official AUA contractors must fill out this form by April 10, 2017.
NOTE: Your Exhibitor Designated Contractor (EDC) must also provide the AUA with a list of all clients and Certificate of Insurance by April 14, 2017. (The Certificate of Insurance must include public liability and property damage coverage for at least $1 million per occurrence and workers compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts and the United States of America.) EDC's failing to provide these documents by the due date can be excluded from participation at the AUA Annual Meeting.
The Exhibitor Designated Contractor acknowledges that the showsite and surrounding areas are active work zones and the Exhibitor Designated Contractor, its agents, employees and representatives are present at their own risk. The Exhibitor Designated Contractor shall indemnify and hold AUA, Global Experience Specialists Inc. (GES), and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and their respective members, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all negligent acts or omissions of Exhibitor Designated Contractor, its agents, employees and representatives.
It is understood, in the interest of clear communication, that the AUA will not work directly with any non-official contractors. ALL communication must go through the exhibiting company. The exhibiting company is responsible for forwarding all AUA communications to non-official contractors (EDC's)
