Work-Life Balance and Pursuits of Meaningful Metrics
The AUA Young Urologists Committee invites you to join us for the 2017 Young Urologists Forum, where Dr. Robert Cerfolio will discuss the importance of balancing work and life activities using metrics and the necessity for surgeons/physicians to evaluate and make adjustments on a regular basis so that both work and life are managed successfully. Dr. Cerfolio is Professor of Surgery and Chief of the Section of Thoracic Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a world-renowned surgeon and clinical researcher who is a leading expert in robotic thoracic operations.
As a young urologist, it is imperative that you balance conflicting responsibilities and learn resiliency in order to live up to your full potential in your chosen profession without neglecting your responsibilities as well as family and friends. The Forum will take place on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. – Noon in room 205a of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and we hope you will join us. This event is FREE with your Annual Meeting registration and a boxed lunch will be served afterwards. Registration will open in January 2017.
See you there!
